Our Account Representative will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our client accounts. This role involves regular communication with clients, managing account details, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Account Management: Assist in managing client accounts, including updating account information, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. - Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations. - Documentation: Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents such as contracts and proposals. - Organization: Working on multiple systems to ensure archiving and tracking of ongoing opportunities. - Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless pre- and post- sales service. - Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to improve products and services. - Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of client accounts. - Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients. - Support: Assist the team with lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
