This role is well-suited to someone familiar with electrical systems, experienced in coordinating projects, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.Main Duties:
* Conducting remote site evaluations by phone to confirm sites are prepared for the installation of specialist equipment
* Creating and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
* Scheduling field engineers and managing logistical arrangements
* Responding to customer queries and resolving delivery issues such as incorrect, faulty, or damaged equipment
* Checking picking lists to confirm the correct items have been selected for dispatch
* Working with Monday.com or similar project tracking tools
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
1. At least two years of experience in a project coordination or scheduling role
2. Prior knowledge of site environments or construction—especially with an electrical focus
