We're seeking a Strategic Implementation Coordinator to join our Customer Implementation team.
In this key role, you’ll orchestrate strategic account implementations, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, customers, and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Project Management: Lead our project management process, assigning new projects to consultants and following internal procedures.
* Gatekeeper Excellence: Bridge Sales and Implementation, aligning projects with premium packages and assisting the Sales team to secure key deals.
* Documentation & Compliance: Ensure projects are documented, compliant, and feasible within timelines.
* Implementation Tracking: Monitor key implementations and rollouts, resolving blockers and providing status visibility.
* Customer Journey Advocate: Enhance customer journeys, promote our product, and expand our base through exceptional service.
* Innovation & Improvement: Drive projects to innovate and refine internal processes, ensuring a top-notch team experience and success.
What You’ll Bring:
* In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry
* Expertise in managing multiple implementation projects for high-end customers
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong attention to detail and focus on customer experience
* Soft skills in communication, training, and management
