The Role:
The Marketing Lead Gen Specialist will play a crucial role in our marketing team, focusing on generating high quality SQLs for our new business team. You will be responsible for creating, managing and optimising workflows using HubSpot, PPC campaigns, and other tools, ensuring a steady flow of prospects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns targeting key personas and industries, focusing on delivering SQLs to the new business team.
2. HubSpot Management: Build and manage workflows, automation, lead scoring and segmentation in HubSpot to maximise lead conversion.
3. PPC and Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and capture leads.
4. Intent Data Utilisation: Leverage intent data tools to identify and engage high-intent prospects, aligning campaigns to capitalise on buyer readiness signals.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a lead generation role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
2. Proficient in HubSpot for lead management, automation and analytics.
3. Strong experience with PPC campaign management across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
4. Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and optimising lead generation performance.
5. Familiarity with intent data tools and how to leverage for lead generation.
6. Strong understanding of lead scoring, funnel management and SQL conversion strategies.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Remuneration
£28,000pa - £30,000 per year.
