Job summary This is a full time joint post between North Cumbria Integrated Care and the Pears Cumbria School of Medicine. A percentage of the role will be delivering Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer activity for the Pears Cumbria School of Medicine, a collaboration between Imperial College London and the University of Cumbria. As Subject Lead for Professionalism, you will be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of innovative and engaging learning events, and associated teaching and learning and assessment materials to support Professionalism teaching within the Clinical Skills and Professional Practice (CSPP) modules. Once the School opens in August 2025, you will be actively involved in delivering teaching in Professionalism, working with our multidisciplinary team. The other part to the post will be as a practising clinician, embedded in the relevant clinical service within the Trust.
