The team works with customers in vulnerable situations and complex customers who are experiencing homelessness.
In this role, you will provide support and case management to people with multiple and complex needs using a trauma-informed approach. Previous experience of working with homeless and/or other socially excluded people and a good understanding of safeguarding issues would be beneficial. You will also have the energy and enthusiasm to provide positive support and trauma-informed care to those who need our support. It is a role where you can really make a difference.
You will be working as part of a team to provide support to our customers experiencing homelessness. You will love helping others and enjoy supporting individuals to achieve their goals and become more independent. Your positive attitude towards your work and others will help contribute to a great working environment. You will have a calm and personable manner and be able to handle potentially difficult situations.
