Description
We are delighted to announce that we have the opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our growing team at ENODA. This is the perfect opportunity for a school leaver or someone very early in their career, as a first or second job.
As Facilities Administrator, you will be a key member of the ENODA support team and will assist in the smooth and efficient day to day running of the office, which will include facility management and health & safety support. As first point of contact for all visitors and guests to the office you will be responsible for ensuring that records are kept up to date. You will also assist with stock management for all office supplies and deal with vendors as required.
We are looking for someone who has great interpersonal skills, is highly organised and is excited to develop their skills in a fast-paced organisation. Reporting directly to our Head of Facilities, we are also looking for someone ambitious and eager to roll their sleeves up in multiple business areas.
You'll spend your time:
* Reception duties, including taking responsibility for visitors
* Coordinating goods in/goods out for the business
* Facility Management support
* Health and Safety support
* Maintaining appropriate supplies of office stationery, tea and coffee and other ad hoc requirements
* Maintaining office common areas
* Organising, as necessary, allocation of meeting rooms and assisting with preparation of meeting rooms: including clearing and setting up for visitors
* Assisting with employee travel arrangements and taxi booking for visitors
* Administrative support to all departments when required
What we are looking for:
* Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating a positive manner and ability to be adaptable
* Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
* Dependable and punctual
* Organisational skills, including good prioritisation
* Good communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to act on own initiative
* Ability to multi-task and react quickly to change
