Recruitment Consultant Summary of your role: Ensuring that the right people with the right skills are available at the right time to meet project demands while adhering to safety and compliance standards. Reports to: Recruitment Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, industry-specific websites, and referrals to identify and attract potential blue-collar construction candidates.
