Network Delivery Manager – National Salary £45,000-£60,000. London Salary £50,000-£65,000.

In this role, building on your understanding of IT networks and your analytical skills, you could make a mark improving complex processes & tracking the progress of ongoing projects to help us identify improvement paths towards robust operational excellence.
A bit about the job:
At any given time, there are many projects with network requirements in Aviva, ranging between setting up a new meeting room and multi-year strategic business initiatives. Many parts of the organization need to collaborate to make these changes happen. You’d join the network team and take ownership of ensuring that the complete change delivery lifecycle is managed appropriately.
The role aims to measurably improve the experience for all parties involved in the network change delivery process, provide a holistic view and transparency of the change pipeline and fix any systematic gaps in handovers between teams.
You'll build relationships in a matrix environment, and you will work with stakeholders involved in the entire end to end change process. This may include project managers, architecture, service owners, supplier management and technical SMEs and suppliers.
Aviva operates a “smart working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office this role is based in, London, Bristol, or Norwich.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Management and/or hands on experience with network infrastructure services.
2. Process mapping, definition, improvement, and documentation.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Designing and reporting KPIs, analysing trends leading to improvement plans.
5. Systems thinking.
What you'll get for this role:
6. National Salary £45,000-£60,000. London Salary £50,000-£65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
