We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Bid Manager to lead and manage the bid process for high-rise and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including design, commercial, and construction, to develop compelling proposals.
* Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders to gather all necessary information and ensure bids are submitted on time.
* Oversee the production of high-quality bid documentation, ensuring it is competitive, comprehensive, and compliant with tender specifications.
* Manage the bid process from initial opportunity through to submission and post-bid reviews.
* Provide strategic insight and support to the senior leadership team in shaping bid strategies.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in managing bids for high-rise, residential, and infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of the bid process, tender documentation, and contract conditions.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in managing multiple bids simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in bid management software and tools.
