The Role of Area Sales Manager – Heating Systems
As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling off-grid domestic gas heating systems to small businesses and homeowners in rural areas, heating engineers, and building developers across the northeast of England from South Yorkshire to the Scottish border. High quality and competitively priced products coupled with outstanding customer service make our clients’ proposition attractive to prospective customers looking to improve their home heating efficiency.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and build relationships with local heating engineers and housing developers
2. Respond to incoming customer enquiries
3. Conduct surveys of customer’s premises
4. Produce customer proposals and assist customers with system design and specification
5. Conduct contract negotiations
6. Convert enquiries to orders
7. Produce sales forecasts
Minimum Requirements:
1. Field sales experience
2. Credible, professional, and trustworthy
3. Strong relationship building skills
4. Commercially aware
5. Driving licence
