As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of the office, as well as providing executive support to directors. You will also assist with HR administration, organising events, and championing employee initiatives. The role of Administrator:
* Greeting visitors and creating a welcoming environment
* Booking meetings and attending these with the directors
* Preparing documents and reports
* Managing office supplies and equipment
* Liaising with contractors and IT providers
* Overseeing health and safety in the office
* Assisting with executive support tasks such as diary management and travel arrangements
* Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks
* Organising social and charity events
* Maintaining a well-organised and tidy office environment
The ideal Administrator:
* Previous administration, office management or executive assistance experience
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset
* Tech-savviness and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work well in a team and enjoy a collaborative environment
* Competency in Microsoft programmes such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
