The Contracts Manager is responsible for delivering site-based works and ensuring that these works are completed to a satisfactory quality and profitable standard in line with those defined by BELFOR UK Ltd operational procedures and techniques. This includes a strong focus on achieving profit targets by controlling estimates, sales values, and direct costs across Residential and SME projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver quality end-to-end projects with the trades and reinstatement teams.
* Plan project delivery in line with the scope of works utilizing scoping tools.
* Manage resources efficiently and effectively to meet profit and productivity targets.
* Prepare all relevant paperwork, including on-site documents, to the pre-agreed company standard.
* Liaise with loss adjusters, insurers, and customers to maintain excellent communication throughout project delivery.
* Ensure good lines of communication between trades and technicians.
* Ensure that Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures are both understood and fully implemented. Advise insured parties, where applicable, on the operation and safety of all plant and equipment, including the provision of safety data sheets when necessary.
* Respond to and action any audit requirements with both the operative and the QM and H&S department.
