The Customer Growth Executive role…
To support the expansion into the Dutch market, the Dutch Market Customer Growth Executive plays a key role in growing the Pure Pet Food presence in the Netherlands. Instrumental in helping launch and scale the business, working across marketing and customer engagement to ensure a strong local presence.
This is a hands-on role which will help drive marketing efforts, assist in localising the Pure Pet Food website and social media campaigns, plus support the existing team in executing initiatives that resonate with Dutch customers. Your work will directly contribute to our success in this new market.
Duties and responsibilities of the role are:
* Assist in market growth: Support the expansion of Pure Pet Food into the Netherlands by helping identify opportunities and helping execute strategic initiatives.
* Localize content: Adapt and translate website copy, marketing materials, and customer communications to ensure they resonate with Dutch-speaking audiences.
* Support marketing campaigns: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored for the Dutch market, including digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and social media engagement.
* Assist with customer service: Initially we will require assistance with customer service, this may involve supporting with nutritional queries, and helping the customer service team.
* Community engagement: Assist in managing our Dutch-speaking social media presence, responding to customer queries, and engaging with influencers and brand advocates.
* Customer feedback & insights: Gather and report feedback from Dutch customers to help improve our offering, messaging, and customer experience.
* Adaptability: As the brand grows in the Netherlands, you may specialise further in marketing, content or customer service depending on your skills and interests.

It’s essential that you have:
* Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
* Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
* Knowledge of social media marketing and an understanding of influencer marketing strategies.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset – comfortable with a start-up mentality and willing to adapt.
It would be great if:
* Experience in marketing, content localisation, or a similar role.
* A passion for pets and an interest in pet nutrition is a plus!
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
