I am delighted to inform you of an exciting opportunity within the Executive Support Team within the Corporate Affairs directorate.
The role is providing support to the Executive Management Team members. We have a requirement to fill this essential role to support the needs of Directors and wider teams.
The key purpose of this job is to provide a comprehensive and confidential support function for a Director, to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective running of their office. The post holder is expected to work flexibly to ensure the highest quality of administrative, secretarial and other relevant support is always provided and provide a positive and professional image of the organisation in accordance with the Trust values.
Provide a comprehensive service to leaders within the Executive Management Team, ensuring confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity always.
