We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

We are seeking an exceptional Class Teacher to join our dedicated team at Rufford Primary School. This is a full-time position, initially in EYFS / KS1 with the flexibility and willingness to work across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge all children
* Promote a love of learning and intellectual curiosity in your students
* Scaffold teaching approaches to support the diverse needs of all children, including those with SEND
* Effectively use formative and summative assessment to monitor progress and plan subsequent lessons
* Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to ongoing professional development
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with a focus on SEND or inclusion

* Passion for working with children and a genuine desire to make a difference
* Creativity and adaptability in lesson planning and delivery
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
