About the Role: As a Lecturer in Beauty Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and training to our students. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a course tutor for full-time and/or part-time students. Ensuring the quality of the student learning experience through effective teaching and assessment. Embracing new learning technologies and integrating them into your teaching. Maintaining student morale and discipline, and fostering a positive learning environment. Keeping accurate records of student progress and assessments. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and maintaining links with the beauty therapy sector. Promoting equality, diversity, and safeguarding within the learning environment. A recognised teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one. Excellent subject knowledge and a high standard of teaching skills. The ability to embed Functional Skills in English and Maths within lessons. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A commitment to promoting equality and diversity.
