THE ROLE As a Digital Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring that all products are effectively placed, displayed, and optimized across the company's digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include: Managing online product placement, ensuring visibility and ease of navigation for customers. Collaborating with internal analytics teams and external CRO specialists to enhance category performance and conversion rates. Analyzing customer behavior and sales data to inform merchandising decisions. Executing digital merchandising strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with marketing, UX, and eCommerce teams to create a seamless online shopping experience. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience in digital or online merchandising - preferably in a retail or eCommerce environment.
