Anaerobic Digestion Operative – Winchester - £37,500 per year + overtime - Full-time - 50 hours per week, includes 1 in 3 weekends on-call
The Job:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Anaerobic Digestion Operative for a full-time position based near Winchester. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with basic farm machinery experience—particularly operating telehandlers—who are looking to join a committed and professional team.
* Operate and maintain agricultural machinery, including telehandlers
* Carry out general farm duties as required
* Work a 50-hour week, including participation in a 1-in-3 weekend on-call rota
* Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team to meet operational goals
The Company:

The Candidate:
* Basic machinery experience, essential
* Telehandler experience, essential
* Previous farm or agricultural work experience preferred
* Reliable, physically fit, and self-motivated
* Willingness to work overtime as needed
The Package:
* £37,500 base salary
