This role involves managing technical concepts for cloud-based Practice Management Software within the Straumann Group, a leader in dental solutions. The candidate should have a background in computer science or a related field, with experience in cloud software sales, development, and healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop technical frameworks and ensure security standards compliance for dental practice management software.
* Support sales processes with technical expertise, especially for large projects involving multiple practices.
* Coordinate with project partners to ensure successful implementation and rollout.
* Participate in marketing and sales activities, including creating reference projects and customer engagement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degrees/certifications are a plus.
* Experience in cloud software sales, security, and IT integration in healthcare, especially dental industry.
* Knowledge of healthcare standards (IHE, DICOM, HL7, FHIR) and SaaS/cloud requirements.
* Strong communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous.
