We are seeking a motivated and inspiring Primary Teacher to challenge and support boys with Autism and/or Social and Emotional Mental Health Issues from Reception to Year 6. Day-to-day of the role: Secure high standards of teaching and learning within the classroom. Provide a disciplined and stimulating learning environment where all pupils feel safe and can succeed. Be highly motivated and enthusiastic about working with pupils with Autism. Lead interventions and strategies for ASC/BESD pupils. Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment. Monitor, assess, and record student progress, promoting a culture of high expectations. Contribute to the development and enhancement of schemes of work. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Experience in delivering the primary curriculum. Proven experience working with children with SEN, ideally with a focus on SEMH Ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire pupils to achieve and succeed. Strong classroom management skills.
