Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and manage incoming phone inquiries.
* Assist departments with sourcing and screening candidates.
* Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
* Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
* Maintain and update the candidate database.
* Draft and post job advertisements.
* Manage candidate communications and scheduling.
* Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized with great attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential.
* Must live locally to the office address and have access to a car (no public transport options).
