Black Country Women's Aid (BCWA) is an ambitious, dynamic exciting charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands providing support services to victims of domestic and sexual violence and abuse, stalking, human trafficking and exploitation. The services also support women within the criminal justice system, many of whom have been victims of violence and abuse.
Are you a highly skilled individual who can lead a team of specialist advisers delivering high-quality services to victims?
Are you motivated with experience of working with adults and /or those who have experienced trauma and abuse? Do you have good interpersonal skills, compassion, and understanding of the complexities of abuse and know how to meet targets?

Position available: 1 full-time position, 37.5 hours (Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, covering Black Country region
Salary: £34,946 - £39,863
