We are looking for a Administrator to join a busy Mechanical and Electrical client based in Portishead or Bridgewater. The Administrator will work closely with both office and site based teams and be responsible for maintaining project documentation and ensuring accurate information is distributed throughout the organisation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General admin tasks to support the project teams, these will involve helping with recruitment, organising interviews, diarising teams calls.
Set up, copy, scan and store documents
Create templates, manage requests for documentation
File documents and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
Liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
Manage the process around documentation within the organisation
Maintain confidentially around sensitive documentation
Project ad-hoc reports on project when required
Requirements:
Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft packages i.e. word, excel, outlook & Teams/Sharepoint
Experience of Viewpoint/Aconex or similar is desirable but not essential as training will be given
At least 2-3 years Administration experience within the construction or engineering sector
