About You: Qualifications: Hold QTS/QTLS or be willing to work towards it. A specialist SEN qualification is desirable. Academic Background: A relevant degree and subject expertise in English, Maths, or Science. SEN Expertise: Experience working with students with additional needs. SENCO qualifications or training (e.g., Patoss AAA) are desirable. Commitment to Student Progress: A creative and engaging approach to teaching that fosters confidence and achievement.
