Part-time Cook Role
We have a part-time role of 21 hours per week available with the following shift pattern:
1. Tuesdays 3.30pm-7.00pm
2. Wednesdays 3.30pm-7.00pm
3. Fridays 7.00am-2.30pm and 3.30pm-7.00pm

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team. Your responsibilities will include delivering a healthy, nutritionally balanced menu that meets specific dietary requirements for residents in our care home.
You will manage an efficient kitchen within an agreed budget, supervise staff assisting in food preparation, and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety in compliance with health regulations.
There is also an opportunity to get creative by catering for functions and special events, celebrating various occasions throughout the year.

Requirements:
* Experience in a kitchen environment
* A recognised catering qualification (Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate and HACCP accreditation, or Level 4 Food Hygiene Certificate / commitment to work towards)
* Flexibility to work within rostered hours
