Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Co-ordinator to support our customer-facing teams. This role involves working within the customer service department, utilizing your communication skills to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

* Managing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records and data
