3. Accurate reporting and documentation to maintain high care standards.

Requirements:
1. Recent experience delivering care in a similar environment.
2. Compassionate, caring, and flexible with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
3. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
