The Role:
A successful Plant & Tool Hire company is looking for an enthusiastic Hire Controller to join an outstanding team. This is a full-time, permanent position, working with colleagues to achieve a high standard of service to clients & contractors. You will ideally have previous experience of working within a Plant Hire / Tool Hire / Trade Counter environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building Lasting Relationships with Repeat Customers
2. Taking On and Off Hire Calls
3. Organising Transport
4. Raising Contracts on Bespoke IT System
5. Organised, Able to Prioritise Workload
6. Filing / Admin Tasks
7. Resolve Customer Queries / Complaints
Skills & Requirements:
1. Previous Experience in One or More of The Following Roles: Hire Assistant; Hire Controller; Senior Hire Controller; Hire Manager; Hire Co-Ordinator; Rental Manager; Assistant Manager; Assistant Branch Manager
2. Great Telephone Manner
3. Strong Commitment to Deliver Excellent Customer Service
4. Organised with the Ability to Prioritise Multiple Tasks
5. Excellent Time Management Skills
6. Excellent Communication Skills
7. IT Literate
8. Full UK Driving Licence
9. Undertake Other Duties as Required
