MARKET DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Arrow's Global Components is looking for a Market Development Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for driving market adoption, design wins, and business growth for NXP Semiconductors' portfolio, with a strong focus on automotive, industrial, IoT, and secure connectivity solutions.
What will you be doing at Arrow GC?
* You will be responsible for developing and executing the Go-To-Market strategy for NXP solutions in collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
* Serving as the key technical and commercial liaison between Arrow, NXP, and customers, ensuring the successful adoption of NXP's technologies.
* Leading technical engagements by assisting customers in proof-of-concept development, reference designs, and system architecture decisions.
* Providing market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to help shape NXP's product roadmap and future innovations.
* Conducting technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars for Arrow's internal teams, customers, and partners.
* Driving design win success by identifying new business opportunities and supporting customers through the design cycle.
* Collaborating with Arrow's Regional Managers, business units, and sales teams to develop value-added solutions that differentiate NXP's offerings.
* Scaling success in NXP's microcontrollers, processors, RF solutions, automotive technologies, and connectivity platforms.
* Achieving and exceeding Revenue Growth Plan (RGP) and Design Win RGP objectives within your segment by closely working with local branch offices and customers.
What are we looking for?
* 4+ years of experience in a technical, sales engineering, or business development role within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
* Experience working with MCUs, MPUs, automotive processors, secure connectivity, or industrial IoT solutions.
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate product features into customer benefits.
* Action-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer engagement and results-driven execution.
* Passionate about electronics, new technologies, and innovation.
* Strong understanding of regional electronics markets, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
