Our client based in Farnborough is looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to assist them for 6 months on a full-time basis. The role will be based completely on site and there is free parking.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing invoices
2. Preparing payment runs
3. Expenses
4. Reconciliation of key supplier statements
5. Bank reconciliations
6. Ad-hoc finance work
The successful Accounts Payable Assistant will have/be:
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable, or a finance graduate seeking to obtain entry-level experience in finance
2. Available immediately or on short notice
3. Able to drive and access to a car
