Fortem Solutions are looking to recruit a Plasterer to join our brand new contract with Cambridge Housing Society, covering houses throughout Cambridgeshire. Take ownership of plastering tasks and general property maintenance.
Complete work efficiently, aiming for a 'First Time Fix' to minimise the need for follow-up visits.
Plan and execute tasks within allocated budgets and timeframes, using resources effectively without compromising quality.
Adhere to company Health and Safety policies, mitigating hazards, and consistently using personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople and tenants to ensure smooth and coordinated work.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanour when working in tenants' homes, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a Plasterer role
2. Full UK driving license (maximum 5 points)
Desirable Criteria:
1. Rendering and tiling experience
2. Responsive repairs experience
3. Experience within a social housing setting
