About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Aortic Endovascular Medical Devices Team in the UK with specific responsibility for North London area to drive the sales of Gore’s high quality, innovative Aortic endovascular medical product portfolio.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations that are within London area.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow the current business within the territory, develop business opportunities and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers
2. Proactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
3. Provide high level clinical and technical support in Gore Aortic Interventional procedures, working in the operating room or vascular interventional lab
4. Partner with hospital departments and educational centres of excellence to deliver clinical product training, product presentations and be accountable for your own investments budget
5. Analyse and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelines
6. Deal with a range of stakeholders within hospital administrations, including Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and Purchasing Departments
7. Attend UK and European congresses and implement local sales promotion activities to support business and educational needs
8. Be an active member of a great and very experienced team
Required Qualifications:
9. Minimum 3 years' experience in Medical Device Sales. Ideally with a medical engineering or clinical background in the Cardiac or Vascular Interventional or Orthopaedics environment. Degree educated in a science, technical or clinical discipline
10. Proactive, self-motivated and an excellent relationship builder
11. Strong communication and commercial skills including the ability to negotiate and influence
12. Passionate about medical device sales
13. Natural team-playing qualities
14. Ability to become a specialist and a consultative partner for our customers
15. Ability to proactively plan, deliver and follow up with customers, with proven skills enabling you to prioritize and drive the business to success
16. Ability to undertake travel across UK as needed (travel time: 90%) – to support the clinical needs of our customers, to attend sales meetings, conferences, and trainings
