Job Description Our international client requires an experienced Senior HR Consultant—Change Management and Projects—to work within the HR department and support the successful execution and adoption of ongoing HR projects.
This role involves overseeing HR transformation initiatives, driving change management strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
You will work closely with HR leadership, employees, and other stakeholders to implement and manage projects effectively.
Responsibilities are as follows:
Mainly work on projects: The biggest project is the change management, OD, structure changes.
You will be the project lead for any restructure or change management activities globally,
meaning you must have strong HRBP experience in the UK as you will also manage the person responsible for total rewards and payroll and systems, and the person responsible for the HR governance and policies.
This role requires strong expertise in UK employment law and HR best practices to ensure compliance and smooth execution of change programs.
