Aureos (Formally Keltbray - IDEC) The company was founded in Teesside in 1976. The company originally specialised in Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering Design and Project Management. Since then, it has expanded over the decades with over 150 staff and 5 offices across Northern England and Scotland. As IDEC Technical Services Limited, it covered the following business areas:
* High Voltage Protection Systems
* High Voltage Protection Refurbishments
* High Voltage Substation Design
* Substation Installation and Commissioning Services
* Instrumentation and Control Systems & System Integration
* The Manufacture of HV Packaged Substations and Control Rooms Including Control and Electrical protection panels
In 2022, Keltbray Group acquired IDEC and the company was renamed to Keltbray-IDEC Limited. The future sees the company become part of a broader power engineering offering within Keltbray Energy, and part of Keltbray’s plan for strategic growth in the utilities and power sector.
The Role:
Experience in this industry is ideal but as long as someone is able to wire a control board following basic diagrams then this will be fine. This is a perfect role for someone with ambition and looking to grow and develop as there are endless opportunities with Aureos
