Job Description for Field Sales Representatives
Join Virgin Media O2 as a Field Sales Representative and become the face of our brand, delivering excellent service and selling our products to new customers. We offer both full-time and part-time positions.
Salary (OTE included): £25,000-£45,000 per year. Top advisors can earn £50k-£70k with uncapped commission. Car allowance and other benefits included.
Responsibilities
* Meet prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our products and services.
* Conduct quality conversations with customers, supported by comprehensive training.
Work Hours
* Part-time: 16-30 hours/week, full-time: 37.5 hours/week.
* Work hours: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Training
First 3 weeks involve attending your assigned office between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a mix of self-led learning and in-office induction. Part-time employees must commit to this period before reverting to their regular hours.

Requirements
* UK driving licence with no more than 8 points.
* Enjoy outdoor activities and possess a positive attitude.
* Self-motivated to meet sales targets, handle objections, and deal with rejections.
