About the Role We’re on the hunt for a dynamic & ultra creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working between our Gloucestershire office and remote working, whether that be on location at a trade event, in a retail store or at home. If you’re passionate about social media, especially TikTok, and love creating engaging and trend-worthy content, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Social Media Content Creation Develop and execute frequent short form video content (including imagery, videos, and captions) that align with our brand voice and broader social media & content strategy Stay ahead of TikTok trends, challenges, and features to ensure content is fresh and relevant. Edit and enhance video content to maximise engagement. Strategy & Planning Collaborate with the social and wider marketing team to align TikTok content with broader social media strategies. Get out and about with the wider business team to ensure you are capturing every opportunity for engaging footage (events, BTS, founders etc) Monitor and analyse organic social performance metrics to refine strategies and maximise growth & impact. Community Engagement Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages on assigned platforms – YouTube & TikTok Build and foster a loyal TikTok community through creative and authentic interactions. Cross-Platform Content Support Repurpose TikTok content for use across other social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) where appropriate. Contribute to the overall content calendar and brainstorm ideas for campaigns and initiatives. About you This role would suit someone with an understanding of, and passion for, food & wellness brands. You’ll be used to a high level of output, be able to optimise your time effectively, and use emerging technologies to assist your work where relevant. Skills & Experience Proven experience creating social media content (either personally or professionally) with a demonstrable portfolio of work Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and audience preferences. Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar). Creative flair and the ability to turn ideas into engaging, shareable content. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience with other social platforms such as Instagram & YouTube is preferred. Knowledge of social media analytics tools to measure and report on performance.
