have partnered with a renowned gaming brand on an Analytics Manager level hire. Within this role you will work across a regulated environment to understand consumer behaviour across app/web, managing a team of Digital Analysts to drive actionable recommendations.
Lead and manage the digital analytics function for the app/website
Provide forecasting and predictive analysis to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities
Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to develop actionable insights and recommendations
Identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks to improve customer retention, engagement, and acquisition
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour analysis, channel performance metrics, and marketing optimisation
Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies
Experience with A/B testing and website optimisation strategies
