We’re looking for a caring and motivated Deputy Manager to join our children’s residential care team in Stoke-on-Trent! With a salary of £35,117.33 per year plus extra pay for sleep-ins, this is a great opportunity for someone with experience in residential childcare, or a leader with a Level 3 qualification who’s ready to take the next step. You’ll be working on a flexible 2-days-on, 4-days-off shift pattern, helping our home run smoothly and providing a safe, positive space for young people.
As Deputy Manager, you’ll get to lead a team, build great relationships with the kids, and make sure everything stays on track, even filling in for the Registered Manager when needed. If you’re adaptable, positive, and genuinely want to make a difference, we’d love to meet you!
