This vacancy is for an Apprentice Administrator based in Bolton.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to support the business with general administrative duties as well as other ad–hoc duties defined by management.
Candidates should be flexible in their approach and will have:
* Good knowledge of all Office programs, or willingness to learn
* Ability to work on their own initiative
* Good communication skills to liaise with clients and 3rd parties
Duties will include:
* Providing quotations to prospective clients.
* Completing file opening procedures and preparing client care letters.
* Conducting AML checks via Thirdfort.
* Performing Land Registry searches and applications via the Land Registry portal.
* Addressing Land Registry requisitions.
* Submitting searches and SDLT returns.
* Calculating stamp duty obligations.
* Ensuring timely closure of completed files.
* Preparing bills and completion statements.
* Preparing commercial leases using precedent documents and PLC resources.
* Reception/switchboard experience, or a willingness to learn, to cover holiday/sickness would be advantageous but is not essential.

Training to be provided
BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, QCF.
Functional Skills Level 2 maths and English can be obtained on the course if you don't already hold these qualifications.
