Logistics Administrator Full-time, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday Location: Rochdale Salary: £25,000 per annum Benefits: Free parking Are you a motivated and hands-on logistics administrator looking for a new opportunity with a leading company in Rochdale? Logistics Administrator Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to arrange import and export of raw materials and finished products globally Coordinate with the sales office to process customer orders and delegate them to warehouse operatives for picking and packing Schedule transportation for goods to be delivered to customers Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date Utilise SAP to manage warehouse stock levels and locations Monitor stock levels and request replenishment from the main warehouse when necessary Oversee and manage the company's webshop Handle incoming calls and prioritise workload accordingly This is an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join a growing company in its industry. Experience with SAP stock systems is preferred but not essential. Logistics Administrator Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work well in a team Experience with SAP stock systems is a plus If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration, logistics, and are a team player, we want to hear from you.
