We are looking for an supervisor to join our friendly Fego team at Gerrards Cross. We are a business that prides itself on our people and making sure we have a solid work/life balance however weekend availability is required. We are a relaxed, warm home-from-home restaurant with South African roots, offering our guests a no-rules environment where they can expect friendly service and delicious, comforting, freshly made food every time they visit. We have incredibly busy restaurants that require a supervisor who is able to think on their feet, be proactive and be a part of service, balancing running the site, helping managing the team and hosting guests. At Fego we are a family with no front-of-house/back-of-house divides; we work as one team to achieve together, with great communication and collaboration. The role: As the supervisor, you will be part of the team responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site, as well as completing the rotas and stock take, managing all KPI's and costs to keep the restaurant profitable, Overseeing a newly established, hardworking team, ensuring their development and training continues, Managing effectively events and 'extras' outside of normal service You must: Have previous experience as a supervisor/assistant manager of a restaurant, Be able to work using initiative and with limited instruction, Have an ability to plan, prioritise and manage time with a flexible approach, Work well as part of a team, with strong leadership and management skills, Be able to work in a busy, fast-paced restaurant, leading the team from the front on the floor as part of service.
