Job summary
To work as part of the BGPA Operational Team to assist with the running of the Bromley GP Alliance services (Various services)
Main duties of the job
Deal with patient requests to book clinical appointments for services offered by Bromley GP Alliance.
Complete EMIS and ERS tasks
Deal with patient enquiries, cancellation requests efficiently and swiftly ensuring patient satisfaction.
Supporting the management of BGPA's admin emails and action accordingly
Liaising with GPs and host practices to obtain relevant information to help with the running of the services
Providing admin support to the services
Providing clerical assistance to the operational team as required
Undertaking a wide range of administrative duties ensuring information is managed correctly, filed and followed up accordingly
Once trained, competent to use INR Star, EMIS & ERS systems
Have working knowledge of all software and hardware, photocopier, email, patient information system
Dealing with patient queries and booking appointments for patients.

The post holder is required to follow Bromley GP Alliance policies and procedures which are regularly updated.

1. Good standard of education including GSCE English & Maths
