The Company Our client is a Financial Services Firm, based in Belfast City Centre. The Role The Financial Services Administrator will work closely with the Senior Team to carry out a range of support duties. Typical duties will include: Client Support: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial plans, including gathering client information and organising financial data. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on investment options, financial products, and market trends to support financial recommendations. Documentation: Help prepare and maintain accurate records of client meetings, recommendations, and financial plans. Compliance: Ensure that all financial planning activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to senior financial planners, including scheduling meetings and managing client communications. Essential Criteria Ideally, experience working as a Financial Services Administrator in a Financial Services Company. A strong Administrator with a passion to work in Financial Services Strong IT skills and good at identifying a way systems can be used to create efficiency's.
