Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust
We are looking for a Band 6 Nurse to join one of our Community Nursing teams based at Tunbridge Wells, Abbey Court. The service operates seven days a week from 8am - 6pm. These extended working hours allow more flexible working for anyone looking for more flexible hours. Weekend working is generally on a 1:4 ratio with days off during the week.
There are two teams supporting patients registered with GP practices working in Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas supporting the Tunbridge Wells Primary Care network. Each team has two senior nurses who take responsibility for a defined geographical area and provide clinical leadership to their Band 5, Band 4, and Band 3 staff. The team will work together to manage caseload patients delivering a high-quality service.
Main duties of the job
