Astute Recruitment are partnering with a highly recognised and well-established company based in Loughborough to help bring in a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced clerical candidate who has a genuine passion for what they do. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to: Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Ensure all payments are made on time and in compliance with company policies Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Raising customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate billing Monitoring customer accounts to ensure payments are received promptly Resolving any invoice queries or disputes Ad hoc administrative duties Requirements: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to work effective both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Salary, benefits, and hours: Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience Hybrid - 2 days from home 26 days holidays plus bank holidays with an increase to 31 with service One well-being day per year 35 hour working week with flexible start and finish times Gym discounts Enhanced sick pay Two volunteering days per year
