About you
You’re a results-driven Business Development Executive with a passion for growing revenue and building long-term client relationships. You have a proven track record of acquiring new clients and are eager to expand our reach within the real estate industry. You'll thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and your experience in real estate or PropTech will allow you to hit the ground running.

The role
Reporting to Lu Suo, your mission will be to acquire new clients and significantly grow Fifth Dimension’s revenue base. You will:
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet ambitious revenue targets
* Identify and engage prospective clients in the real estate sector through outreach, networking, and industry events
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target real estate companies
* Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and growth areas
* Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and continued client satisfaction
* Track and report on key business development metrics and KPIs
* Negotiate and close business deals with clients, ensuring a win-win for both parties
What we’re looking for
Must-Have:
* Strong ability to develop and implement sales strategies that lead to business growth
* Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with senior-level executives in real estate
* Experience with lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline management
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
