Key Objective:
A Copywriter creates engaging copy across all touch points, adopting the brand tone of voice in all written communication. They need to be competent with a range of systems and Microsoft Office to complete their daily workload, while being creative in their approach to all tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Produce product descriptions for all categories
* Understand and adopt the JD tone of voice in all copy
* Write engaging blog posts to support marketing, product, and sport messages
* Format blog copy into WordPress using basic HTML
* Apply introductory SEO skills
* Craft copy for CRM, including subject lines, email copy, push notifications, and message centre
* Create engaging copy for paid channels, following strict word counts
* Improve rankings with new and updated Fredhopper copy
Skills and Experience:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Committed to working as part of a team
* Proactive with a positive attitude
* A passion for writing
* Able to work quickly and effectively while maintaining a high level of quality and managing workloads
* Organized and able to manage own workflow
* Ability to clearly articulate ideas to line manager and other team members
