Job Description
Are you ready to help shape the future of HR at a rapidly growing real estate investment and management group?
Praxis Facilities Management (PFM), part of Praxis Group, is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join us in a newly created senior role, offering you the scope to make a massive impact from day one.
Why This Role is Exciting:
As the first dedicated HR Business Partner for PFM, you’ll have the unique opportunity in this senior role to drive strategic HR initiatives that fuel the growth of a well-established real estate leader.
With the freedom to shape the role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and the Group HR team to develop and implement culture-shaping frameworks, build high-performance teams, and champion initiatives that increase engagement, performance, and retention.
We would love to meet someone who has delivered impactful change particularly around the performance, retention and development of employees in a similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment and in a similar sector (FM and Contact Centre backgrounds are of particular interest).
We are especially keen to see people who have managed TUPE transfers from a strategic perspective including post-TUPE change programmes.
What You’ll Do:
* Partner with Leadership: Develop strong relationships with key PFM stakeholders and collaborate with the Group HR Team to tailor and deliver our Group people and culture strategy within PFM. Act as an integrated member of the PFM senior leadership team.
* Lead Cultural Development and Manage Change: Design and embed values that foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, guiding the business as it grows.
* Strategize for Success: Drive succession planning, talent development, and performance frameworks to identify and nurture high-potential colleagues.
* Build People Processes: Implement a robust cycle of people processes, from goal-setting to performance reviews, ensuring alignment with Group-wide initiatives.
* Support Managers: Act as a trusted coach and escalation point on all people-related issues, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
About You:
* Strategic Impact: You bring proven experience as an HR business partner in Facilities Management or a similar environment (contact centre backgrounds are of particular interest), with a strong track record in delivering initiatives that positively impact engagement and performance.
* Leadership: An experienced, engaging leader with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.
* Stakeholder Management: You excel at building relationships and influencing at all levels, from junior colleagues to senior leadership.
* Adaptable: Willing to travel across the UK as needed, including regular visits to our London and Birmingham offices.
* Technically strong: Experienced in large scale TUPE transfers, complex ER matters and well-versed in employment legislation.
What We Offer:
* Competitive Salary + Benefits
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Private Medical Insurance and Healthcare Cash Plan
* 5% Company Pension Contribution
* 3x Life Assurance
Location: On-site in Manchester with travel to sites across the UK, including regular visits to the Praxis London office.
If you're ready to take ownership, shape an evolving HR function, and have a genuine impact on a high-growth business, we’d love to hear from you. Join us in redefining HR at Praxis Facilities Management.
