JGA are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join an exciting business in Watford.
Title: Payroll Administrator
Salary: Up to £30,000
Location: Watford
Key Responsibilities
Process full end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple clients
Ensure accurate calculation and processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
Maintain compliance with UK tax regulations and employment legislation
Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
Process starters, leavers and payroll amendments
Prepare and submit RTI submissions to HMRC
Generate and distribute payslips and reports
Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies Required Skills & Experience:
Comprehensive knowledge of the entire payroll lifecycle
Proven experience in bureau/client payroll processing or multisite/ High volumes.
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI and pension regulations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator professional looking for a fixed-term remote position.
